The Cottage and activities

The Cottages offers a space to be still, or as busy as the visitor wants; with a number of activities available from visiting local towns and historical sites, day trips into Varna, Balchik and Dobrich. Watersports at the local lake Dryan, local food and drink, experiencing the Bulgarian way of life. 

Honeysuckle is the first cottage of the project, based in Krasen, General Toshevo, Dobrich province. The property is within 2080 sq metre of land, with stables and lower cottages on site. The aim is to renovate the main property in 2024, and it’s outbuildings in 2025 onwards to provide accommodation for peer to peer recovery break. 

Holiday Costs 

In 2024, the property is currently being renovated with holidays being open to veterans as a working holiday. Due to the location and the cheap flights to Bulgaria we are able to keep the costs low.

Non renovation holidays will be available at the start of the holiday season in 2025 at a cost of £75 per person.

Working renovation party availability - September 2024 Please complete the contact form below if interested. Next working party beginning of March 2025.

2025 Breaks are available over a 5 day period, however this will be adjusted to meet the needs of the bookings. 

Travel

All travel to and from Bulgaria is to be covered by the individual however transport in Bulgaria will be provided free of charge by us.

Food costs

Basic food will be provide however if specific dietary needs are required then this will be covered by the individual. 

Expressions of interest

We are currently taken expression of interest in our well-being breaks and working parties for 2024 and 2025. 

If you wish to attend from Apr 25, or interesting in attending a working party in Sep/Oct 24 and again in Mar 25 please message us and let us know.
